Professor Yakubu Olawale is the author of the applied project management book “Project Control Methods and Best Practices: Achieving Project Success” Published by Business Expert Press. He is multi-qualified as a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Construction Manager and Project Manager. He is a Consulting Leader at one of the 'big four' professional services companies in the world. He is also a Professor of Infrastructure Engineering. He has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of project and program controls, project management and commercial finance, and project and program advisory across many industries including infrastructure, telecom, construction, IT, financial services, pharmaceutical, facilities management, government, and energy.
